One licence covers one install, for a year, with every feature switched on. Payment is handled by Stripe — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, no account needed.

Before you buy

What am I actually paying for?

An annual licence for one install of AI NetRiva, at the device count you picked. Every feature is included in every tier — the only thing that changes is how many devices you may monitor.

What happens after payment?

Your licence key is emailed within a minute. Paste it into Settings and monitoring starts; no restart, no reinstall. If the email goes astray you can have it re-sent to the same address from the licence page.

Does it renew automatically?

Yes. This is an annual subscription: your card is charged once a year on the anniversary of your purchase and your licence is extended automatically. You get a receipt each time, and an email before it happens.

Cancel whenever you like — from the link in any receipt, or by asking us. Cancelling stops the next charge and nothing else: monitoring keeps running for the full year you have already paid for, and nothing is ever deleted if a licence lapses.

What if I need an invoice?

Ask and one will be issued. Send us the details you need on it.

What if it doesn't work out?

Email us. We would rather refund someone in the first weeks than argue with them — and the fourteen-day trial exists precisely so this should not come up.
